Sov från 22.30 till 11.30; dsv 12 h härlig vila.
I vanliga fall får jag garanterat ångest om jag sover till efter 9.30 en ledig dag. Tänker på allt jag missar/ska göra osv; men idag så har jag tagit det ganska bra. Vägde upp de 2,5h sömn jag fick igårnatt.
Kroppen visade ju att den verkligen behövde vila.. och snart blir det ju löpning – så nu får jag flyga fram med en utvilad kropp. Weeehoo, vad tror ni jag kan åstadkomma idag då? Känner mig frotfarande lite seg och sliten, men jag tänkte åtminstonde satsa på 1,5h!
På tal om sport – min syster är en galet stark jäkel! Älskade tvillingsyster pressade sitt nuvarande svenska juniorrekord på marklyft igår på Lag-sm och satte 190kg!!
