Jag är lite mer än vanligt på jobbet den här månaden pga minustimmar. Jobbade in lite timmar genom att spendera lördagen på Onoff, blir alltså tre lördagar i rad nu.. tungt. Träffade dock en trevlig kund som jag pratade med om livet, ålder, volontärarbete m.m. Superhäftig 70-åring som ska till Galapagosöarna och volontärarbeta på barnhem. Coolt, sånt ska man ju verkligen göra!
Låg i sängen nu i morse efter att Markus dragit till jobbet. Kände mig lite seg men ändå sugen på att röra mig. Kollade gymschemat, bodypump 1h kl. 11.00, varför inte? Ner och körde hårt, såååå skönt med en minut till gymmet! :)
Summa summarum av veckans träning:
42km promenader
22km löpning/intervaller
3 gympass
1 bodypump pass
Sådärja. Mer löpning till folket nästa vecka. Jag går ju mycket till och från saker, därav så mycket promenader. Till skolan, till jobbet osv, bästa som finns.
Men nöjd med veckans prestation.
