Övrigt: + Många promenadtimmar, en del cirkelträning och styrka.
Kommentar: Fin vecka, är mycket nöjd. Ett intervallpass, ett snabbt distanspass och ett långt pass. Snitt-tempot var för övrigt riktigt bra. Precis där jag vill ligga mellan 40-50km.
Avslutningvis så bifogar jag en trevlig bild från sommarens ”träning” ;)
