EDIT: Min syster har meddelat mig att mina burpees är skitdåliga, så jag får göra nya någon annan dag….
När jag är uttråkad vet jag inte riktigt vad jag ska ta mig till. Men så såg jag burpees-utmaningen på Saras blogg. Man skulle visst göra 100st för varje semla. Jag har nog ett antal att göra då…
Så jag spenderade en bra stund åt att göra burpees innan jag tänkte på att jag skulle slänga upp en film på det. Så med mina sista krafter försökte jag visa er hyfsade burpees in action. Armarna segade lite men det gick ju till slut! Fast de var bra mycket snyggare för en stund sen… Hör ni mitt flåsande?
Så bjud upp kollegan till kamp nu då!

Ännu ett sätt att fördriva tiden på när man är uttråkad alltså. Kör nu alla det ikväll!

Hur många gånger har man dock inte landat platt fall på mage och inte vetat hur fasen man ska kunna ta sig upp. Haha.
(För övrigt funderar jag lite på hur man mår när reaktionen när man tittar på ett youtube-klipp med burpeesar är ”Snygga”. OMG, I need help! :D )
