När man inte kan springa så får man väl försöka leva på annat sätt.
Jag vet att jag överdriver, en vecka utan löpning är ju såklart inte hela världen. Precis som jag har fått en kommentar om, vissa lever trots allt med kroniska sjukdomar som gör att de knappt kan gå. Det är såklart att en vecka inte är någonting om man tänker på det viset.
Man kan tom dra det så drastiskt att det ens vore fel att vara ledsen över att inte kunna springa, vissa har ju inte ens mat för dagen. Världens största i-landsproblem har jag alltså.
Så klaga ska man inte göra.
Jag kan se det som lite extra tid att spendera på sådana runtomkring mig som får mig att må bra. Först blir det lunch med min lilla familia sen blir det fika med min sambo och lilla ”extra-familia”. Härligt med många familjer och gott snacks.
Jag är bra bortskämd ändå. Här nedan ser vi ett tacksamt troll!
