God morgon! Vilken glädje att klockan är 11 och jag precis gick upp. Bäst att man inte vänjer sig för mycket vid detta, det är ju inte direkt många semesterdagar kvar..

Men så, till inläggets titel. En vecka i månaden?
Jo. Jag har tänkt och utvärderat 2010 lite. Jag har ju varit dålig att slå ner på takten innan jag har varit tvungen.. men nytt år och nya möjligheter! Här ska det vilas INNAN det måste vilas :)
Så. Under 2011 ska en vecka i månaden ALLTID fungera som en återhämtningsvecka. Sannolikt blir det var fjärde vecka, med start redan nästa vecka faktiskt, då denna nuvarande vecka sannolikt blir en rejäl mängdvecka.
Tanken är att jag ska lägga mig på maximalt 45-50km under dessa "lågveckor" och fokusera lite mer på alternativ träning. Sedan funderar jag på att det alltid ska finnas 3 löpfria dagar i rad under dessa veckor
Så slipper jag dem där måndagsinläggen "Denna vecka ska jag ta det lugnt" och sedan veckan därpå "Ops, det vart visst inte så lugnt".
Kan det vara en bra idé?
