Hoppsan. Dagens planer ändrades aningen.

Tanken var att jag skulle möta upp mamma och vi skulle springa långt och länge. Hon skulle för första gången på 11 år springa 30km tänkte jag! Jag hade boostat hennes självförtroende hela veckan, peppat henne som bara den. Hon skulle få bestämma tempo och jag hade lovat henne kaffe och bulle under passet.

Men så får man ett samtal om att hon hängt på akuten hela natten (för att lillebror har ramlat och slagit axeln ur led när han var ute och härjade i natt) så nu vill hon bara sova och har ingen chans på 3mil. Lillebror mår dock bra, knasbollen.

Så mitt sällskap försvann. Och alla andra jag känner som springer är säkert redan ute och härjar. Vad göra?

Sova ut länge och väl. Hälsa på benen. Vill ni springa ändå?

Jo jag tror dem vill det. Så varför inte.

Distans? Jag vet inte. Jag misslyckades ju med gårdagens 30km då det blev ett marathon istället, så dagens 30km känns ju inte heller skrivna i sten. Ska mysa i solen bara och sedan runda av hemåt så jag hinner med middagsplanerna.

Så det kan gå.
