Snurra runt lite på stan tänkte jag. Det fick bli både sovmorgon och brunsch idag men nu är jag faktiskt löpklädd. Iklädd mitt snygga oanvända Ultradistans-linne!
Sådant måste man ju få ha om man har ett juniorsårsbästa på 100km ;) hihi även om ingen på stan kommer fatta linnet. Bara vi löparnördar.

Sedan får vi se vad det blir. Fördelen med att inte ha någon strukturerad träning just nu är att allt är godkänt. Juni ut blir det på det viset. Sedan börjar allvaret, intervaller och ultra ungefär varje vecka. Underbart.
