Nu ska löparskorna på igen. För femte gången den här veckan, mycket ovanligt. Har nog inte sprungit 5 gånger på samma vecka på 3 år!
Springer oftast max 4 gånger. Men det är i uppdrag som löp-PT för mamma, så det kommer att bli lugnt och kort. Något annat skulle jag inte klara av idag. Imorgon blir det totalvila.

Vilket fint väder ni haft idag! Här nere har det mest varit grått men vinden har släppt vilket är väldigt skönt.
